- You receive a suitable proposal with product details, quantities, price and expected timing.
- We record the arrangements. Production starts after the necessary approval, the agreement and the agreed payment.

What does Private Label mean?
You have products made with your own look, name, label or design. The options differ according to the product and the customisation required.
What is the minimum order quantity?
This depends on the product, design and production options. We discuss quantities when you enquire and set out the options in a quotation.
Can I provide my own logo or design?
Yes. You must own the rights to the design you supply or have permission to use it. We will agree which file is suitable for the chosen production method.
Are existing Ruby’s Corner designs exclusive?
Existing Ruby’s Corner designs, base products and colour variants are not exclusive. Your own print or design is subject to the specific project arrangements; have these recorded in advance.
Can I see a sample first?
The options and costs differ by product. Photos, videos or a physical sample are discussed in advance. A sample may involve extra time and shipping costs.
How much does a Private Label project cost?
Costs depend on the product, quantities, design, labels, support and transport. Any setup and additional costs are agreed in advance. Request a quotation.
When does production begin?
Production only starts after the necessary approval, the agreement and the agreed payment.
How do I make an enquiry?

Complete this form first, then pay for your chosen starting phase. Once both are received, Ruby matches your application and payment and invites you to your client portal: your shared project workspace.
- Enter your products, design, colours and quantities.
- Then pay for the appropriate starting service. If unsure, discuss it with Ruby first.
- After receiving your application and payment, Ruby invites you. Further agreements, files and the contract stay in your project workspace.
A custom model requires a €150 excl. VAT sample, separate from €250 excl. VAT design setup. Photo/video review; no physical shipping included. Production follows feasibility, approval, agreements and payment.
